DOMESTIC ASSAULT

• Chehalis police were called about 9:35 p.m. yesterday by a woman near the 1600 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue who said her significant other had broken her nose. She was transported to the hospital for treatment and the suspect located a couple of blocks away was arrested for second-degree domestic assault, according to the Chehalis Police Department. Ramiro E. Adams, 33, of Chehalis, was booked into the Lewis County Jail, according to police.

• Officers called about 1:50 p.m. yesterday and asked to check on a shirtless, shoeless man at a park near Southwest 12th Street in Chehalis subsequently learned he had thrown a knife at a women in a nearby residence. Eugene S. McFall, 36, from Centralia, was arrested for second-degree domestic assault and booked into the Lewis County Jail, according to the Chehalis Police Department.
