ASSAULT

• Officers were called to a health care facility at the 1800 block of Cooks Hill Road about 5:50 p.m. yesterday because a man who had been trespassed from the location had returned and allegedly assaulted a staff member. Stephen D. Barker, 50, of Seattle, was arrested and booked into the Lewis County Jail for third-degree assault and first-degree burglary, according to the Centralia Police Department.

PANTS UNZIPPED

• Darren L. Fullerton, 52, of Centralia, was arrested for lewd conduct after he was found lying beside the road  at Locust Street and Tower Avenue about 8:30 p.m. yesterday allegedly with his private parts exposed. He was then released pending court, according to the Centralia Police Department.

VANDALISM

• Centralia police were called to the 1500 block of Windsor Avenue just after 5 p.m. yesterday where someone broke a window on the back side of a house.
