ROAD RAGE ARREST

• A 28-year-old Centralia man was arrested after he allegedly showed another driver a handgun during a road rage incident at the 500 block of Harrison Avenue in Centralia yesterday. Officers called about 12:15 p.m. arrested David J. Nelson for unlawful display of a firearm and then released him with a court date, according to the Centralia Police Department.

THEFT

• Centralia police are investigating  burglary in which merchandise was taken from a business on the 800 block of West Main Street following a 5:20 a.m. call this morning.

• Chehalis police were called about 10:40 p.m. yesterday for a vehicle prowl at the 500 block of Southeast Washington Avenue in which a canvas bag containing miscellaneous hand tools was stolen.
