FRAUD

• Chehalis police were called about 1:40 p.m. yesterday to the 1400 block of Northwest Louisiana Avenue on a report that a “card skimmer” was discovered on the key pad of a register.

• An unknown person used a company gas card without permission in a case reported to Centralia police about 2:35 p.m. yesterday associated with an address on the 1400 block of South Gold Street.

ASSAULT

• Chehalis police were requested about 10:50 a.m. yesterday to the 300 block of Southwest 11th Street to investigate an alleged incident of custodial assault. A report was taken but no arrest made, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

DRUGS

• A 27-year-old Chehalis woman was arrested for inhaling toxic fumes after police responded about 6:30 p.m. yesterday to the 2600 block of Cooks Hill Road in Centralia. She was allegedly found “huffing” compressed gas and was released with a citation, according to the Centralia Police Department.

• Chehalis police were called about 10:20 a.m. yesterday to W.F. West High School at the 300 block of Southwest 16th Street to investigate a marijuana violation. A report was taken but no arrest made, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

• Chehalis police were called about 8:30 a.m. yesterday to the Chehalis Middle School at the 1000 block of Southwest 20th Street to investigate a “legend” drug violation. A report was taken but no arrest made, according to the Chehalis Police Department.
