I am one of the grandmothers of this precious child who was lost. The family has kept quiet about the details of this death. This article is brief and has none of the facts leading up to the incident or the events that followed. Please keep in mind that what you see on the news is not always all the facts nor may not be accurate. For example, the news repeatedly says that the 7 year old was driving the tractor. The tractor was on auto pilot and he was merely sitting in the seat. He was not driving it. Can you imagine how this seven year old felt hearing what the news said about him? Please be considerate and not jump to too many conclusions without all the facts.

At what point are the parents responsible for the safety of their own children? Allowing your 7 year old to drive a tractor is just a bit risky is it not? This is a horrific accident, and I certainly dont mean to take away from that, however, sometimes things are our own fault~
