THREAT

• Officers called to the 2600 block of Cooks Hill Road in Centralia about 7:30 p.m. yesterday arrested a 43-year-old for felony harassment. Rafael R. Ramirez, of Centralia, was booked into the Lewis County Jail, according to the Centralia Police Department.

THEFT

• Centralia police were called to the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue about 12:40 p.m. yesterday to take a report of mail theft from a mailbox by an unknown female.
