CHEHALIS – A Winlock man is in custody after allegedly pulling into a neighbor’s driveway and gunning down the 44-year-old man who was in the midst of playing basketball with his son last night.

The 44-year-old victim died at the scene, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies called about 8:12 p.m. to the residence on the 400 block of Meier Road near Winlock eventually arrested Randolph Thomas Graham, 58, for first-degree murder, sheriff’s Chief Deputy Dusty Breen said.

The victim’s name has not been released.

According to Breen, the initial information provided to 911 was Graham arrived, brandished a firearm and fired multiple rounds. The son was able to run to safety and alert family.

When law enforcement tried to contact the suspect at his home, he would not come out, according to Breen.

Lewis County Regional SWAT was activated, and responded to the scene. After several hours of attempted negotiations with the suspect, Lewis County Regional SWAT was able to enter the residence and took him into custody.

Detectives continue to investigate.

An autopsy will be performed, and the Lewis County Coroner’s Office will release the victim’s name, as well as manner and cause of death, when available, according to the sheriff’s office.

A nut or gang stalking victim LRAD should be banned, like having
an evil Tony Robbins in your head the brain programed with subliminal
hypnosis. I like our present Gov the last one brought the Feds to
Lewis County (kick them out) it seems every wen or thur they show
up. Military electronic harassment is evil and illegal and should not
be used in war or in our county.
Another lewis county nut or victim?

  4. XDs says:

Too bad the kid didn’t kill the man for shooting his father.

  5. Death penalty says:

Should be sentenced to death penalty by hanging just like in the old day’s where the whole town gathers to watch

  6. Brenda Armitage says:

I agree with WtF. If this guy has a history of mental illness, he should never be allowed to have a firearm.

You think it’s egregious a man was murdered in front of his kid and you also think it egregious that the state isn’t going to murder the perpetrator in front of the entire nation’s children.

You are the definition of a walking contradiction.

People like yourself see things only in black and white. Object inconstancy puts you at a disadvantage socially and educationally because of well-rehearsed speech patterns that may have seemed effective, no longer are.

It’s very sad. Soo sad that a human being lowered his self enough to embarrass and humiliate anyone who ever knew him let alone those who are all related. He doesn’t even deserve to be called an idiot for that is a human description. The family suffering, the son of this great man who was forced to his grave, deserves all prayers and kind thoughts, support. What a brave man his son has had been forced to be. Let this killer live the rest of his life in prison. He will remember every day why he is there.

  9. M. Pedderson says:

What kind of evil bastard murders a guy in front of his kid… apparently we can’t have a dispute of any kind between neighbors without some small minded idiot taking it too far. This society is doomed.

And of course, premeditation or not, he won’t get the death penalty in this state because our illustrious governor has issued an executive order putting a moratorium on executions.

Look at this guys Facebook profile. He is very obviously paranoid and mentally ill. The Sheriff’s department at the very least has had contact with this guy on a multiple occasions. WHY IN THE HELL was this guy allowed to own a firearm?!
