VEHICLE THEFT
• Centralia police were called about a stolen car at about 8:50 a.m. yesterday from the 500 block of South Diamond Street. Missing is a white 1995 Honda Civic bearing license plate ANZ 1145, according to the Centralia Police Department.
• Police were called to the 1400 block of Lewis Street about 3:40 p.m. yesterday to take a report of a stolen scooter. It is a SSR Sonic scooter bearing license plate 1D3177, according to the Centralia Police Department.
DRUGS
• The Lewis County Sheriff’s Office reported this morning a deputy was summoned to White Pass High School in Randle for a student allegedly in possession of marijuana. It was less than 40 grams, and the student is 19 years old, so he was cited and then released, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. It happened on Tuesday morning, according to Breen.

That 19 yr old is actually 18 infact the day he turned 18 he had to book himself into lewis county for the first time he brought weed to school, The new principal is really trying to keep it clean at that school,
No I don’t think one Is worse than the other, in fact in honesty it was minei that he had stole from my purse the first time If the kids are bringing it to school they are smoking it there and I don’t believe minors should be aloud and isn’t the age in thr law 21, so with that being said it didn’t matter what his age was as long as he/she is 21 or older

I wonder if they did that because of his age
Because when kids younger then that that have been CAUGHT SMOKING MARIJUANA ON SCHOOL PROPERTY only their parents have been called or in some cases they received a minor suspension.
I guess I could be wrong here, but I believe that smoking it, no matter your age, on school property would be against the law.
It seems then, if your younger then 19, you have to actually bring a firearm to school before law enforcement is called. Interesting.
