BURGLARY

• A deputy was called about 8:40 p.m. yesterday following the discovery of a residential burglary at the 3600 block of Tall Cedar Lane outside Centralia. Forced entry was attempted at multiple doors and finally made through a window, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. The break-in occurred sometime since 5:45 a.m. last Friday, according to the sheriff’s office. A list of missing property is not yet available, Cmdr. Dusty Breen said this morning.

• A deputy responded about 6:15 p.m. yesterday to a report of a burglary at the 100 block of Kaiser Road in Ethel. Sometime since Dec. 1, someone entered an outbuilding and left with four rolls of insulation as well as 15 Rubbermaid tubs with various contents, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.

GREEN HILL SCHOOL FOR BOYS

• Chehalis police were contacted yesterday about an alleged assault the day before at Green Hill School. Further information is not yet available, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

CAR PROWL

• An officer was called just after 5 p.m. yesterday about a vehicle prowl at the 700 block of H Street in Centralia. Missing is a bag containing keys, according to the Centralia Police Department.

• Centralia police were called at 11 a.m. yesterday to the 200 block of South Silver Street in Centralia where an individual reported someone got into their unlocked vehicle and removed a set of stereo speakers.
