  1. Guilty Bystander says:

Unfortunately, unions never seem to be held responsible in lawsuits. If/when Reynolds decides to become Taser Rambo against someone with a lawyer, Centralia Police (and, by proxy, taxpayers) will be named in the suit…the same CPD that was forced to take him back and the same taxpayers forced to give him back pay. Local 252 will get off without a scratch.

They should keep him at his desk even after he gets recertified…he shouldn’t be armed and out in the public.

  2. That Guy says:

Is any taxpayer in Centralia happy that Local 252 got officer Phillip Reynolds his job back?
He is a lawsuit waiting to happen and Local 252 should be held financially accountable when it happens.

If a dog is on your property attacking your animals you have the right to shoot it.
