I just have a couple of things to say. One there was a no contact order placed the minute that this all occurred, do you think they kept to that… No they still see each other at least every weekend I bet. Secondly the 5th doesn’t apply (even to the spouse) when her children have been vicitimised. Thirdly it doesn’t matter who you are if you fail to show up for court on a subpoenas order, a warrant is issued for your arrest. And when your subpoenaed and already given your statement to a law enforcement officer then you must give that statement in a court of law.

I finally read the article. The dad sounds like a POS and so does the judge. I understand that the judge would want to throw the book at this loser, but not at the expense of a lifetime of guilt over spending the night in jail for those kids. They are KIDS! The son was trying to protect his loser mom from that loser dad, and look where it got him. Poor kids, I hope that they turn out alright. I hope that judge loses his appointment.

I saw one of the teenage girls today in court. this is not right, she was clearly being blackmailed in court. the judge asked her if she has changed her mind several times, if she said yes, he was gonna let her out. I just now put this together. this is bs I knew something was weird about all that.

WOW Jail time for keeping the 5th….. Just WOW

Now, I can understand the frustration of having a bad person that no one wants to do anything about, but to put them in jail? Isn’t that a little like blackmail??

They’re safer in jail than they are at home.
