The Olympian reports a 27-year-old Centralia man was sentenced today to 60 days in jail for leading a Thurston County sheriff’s deputy on a chase that reached 100 mph while his two daughters were in the car.
News reporter Jeremy Pawloski writes that the Sept. 10 pursuit ended when Cymon Fultz-Valenta lost control of his vehicle and skidded into a dry retention pond on Old Highway 99 in Thurston County.

Job security for the courts!? What a joke!!
where are the child endangerment charges !!!! waaaay to lax of a sentencing—-more time for this crime Prosecutors/Judge !!!!!! but then again, when all criminals get are slaps on the wrist–it is a sort of future guarantee that these criminals will be back into court —– it is like having a guaranteed customer….LOL
I’d like very much to see the names of the Judges who hand out these horse crap sentences. Two Months! No wonder criminals consider what they do is nothing more than a Joke! Why should any cop risk their lives just so a Judge either dismisses or slaps a wrist? How utterly pathetic!
I hope there are Good Men and Women out there who will run for a Judgeship very soon. I’m ready to put cash behind them.
