Read about hunter lost near White Pass …

The Yakima Herald-Republic reports a search is underway for a hunter reported missing yesterday evening near White Pass.

The newspaper writes teams from Lewis County are expected to join the search this morning for the 49-year-old Cashmere resident last seen on Saturday morning on horseback.

Update: from  Yakima Herald-Republic at 3:01 p.m.: The hunter has been found in good health.

    If you are hunting take a buddy with you. The woods are an unforgiving place.
