The (Longview) Daily News reports that 25-year-old Joseph F. Echols of Centralia was sentenced to more than three years in prison for a drunken driving head-on crash last summer in which he injured three people.

  3. Being the victim of a Drunk Driver myself I can relate to the victims. Their pain has just begun. I have been living a lifetime of pain since I was struck. I had brain bruising and blck eyes for over a year. My neck is forever destroyed and my hip has suffered as well. Please if you drink don’t drive.. Your Victims live with your Choice for a lifetime.
