Decker<br \/>\nLewis County Sirens news reporter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CHEHALIS &#8211; The Onalaska man accused of manslaughter after shooting at two suspected burglars outside his home in April pleaded not guilty this morning.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2607\" style=\"width: 126px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lewiscountysirens.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/2010.1012.mug_.ronald.brady_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2607\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2607\" title=\"Ronald A. Brady<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Ronald A. Brady, went before a judge in Lewis County Superior Court to answer to charges of first-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault.<\/p>\n<p>The 60-year-old is free on a $50,000 unsecured appearance bond.<\/p>\n<p>The events of April 19 left 56-year-old Thomas McKenzie of Morton dead. McKenzie&#8217;s wife, Joanna McKenzie, 32, escaped uninjured.<\/p>\n<p>A trial date was set for the week of Jan. 10.
