TEEN BARRICADES SELF INSIDE BEDROOM
• A 17-year-old male barricaded himself in his bedroom and then threatened to jump out the second-story window when police went to a Centralia home yesterday to arrest the teenager on an outstanding warrant. The approximately 8:30 a.m. incident at the 800 block of North Pearl Street ended after police forced their way through his bedroom door and took him into custody without further incident, according to the Centralia police Department.
VANDALISM
• Centralia police were called about a tire slashed on a vehicle at the 1400 block of Lewis Street last night.
• Police took a report yesterday afternoon that the back window of a vehicle at the 400 block of East Locust Street had been smashed out with a can of vegetables.
• Centralia police took a report yesterday afternoon that rear window of a truck was broken out at the 1400 block of Central Boulevard.
