FRAUD

• Chehalis police were called about 1:25 p.m. yesterday regarding a forged check discovered by a bank in a case associated with the 1300 block of Northwest State Avenue.

DISTURBANCE

• Officers called for a disturbance at the 900 block of South Scheuber Road in Centralia about 7:35 p.m. yesterday arrested a 25-year-old man for interfering with a health care facility. Anthony J. Bordelon, of Brush Prairie, was booked into the Lewis County Jail, according to the Centralia Police Department.

VANDALISM

• Chehalis police were called about 5:10 a.m. today to the 200 block of Southwest Alfred Street for malicious mischief.

MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• Chehalis police were called to the 700 block of Northwest Pennsylvania Avenue at 6:35 p.m. yesterday on a report that a man walking his dog walked by a window when it suddenly shattered.
