FUEL THEFT
• Chehalis police were called just after 9:30 a.m. yesterday to the 700 block of Northwest Ohio Avenue where they were told that sometime during the night, someone siphoned nine gallons of gas from a parked vehicle. It was the third time it happened in the past several months, according to the Chehalis Police Department.
VANDALISM
• Police were called to the 300 block of Northwest Chehalis Avenue about 1 p.m. yesterday to take a report of tires slashed overnight on a parked vehicle, according to the Chehalis Police Department.

• And as usual, other incidents such as arrests for warrants, misdemeanor domestic assault; responses for alarm, dispute, civil issue, suspicious circumstances, collision on city street … and more, among 123 calls for local law enforcement and / or fire-emergency medical services in the 24-hour period ending about 6 a.m. today.
